Public Terms & Conditions of “ImagineArt X Sora 2 Challenge”

1. Sponsor

The ImagineArt X Sora 2 Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by ImagineArt Inc. (“Sponsor”), based in the United States. The official platform for the Challenge is the website located at https://imagine.art.

2. Eligibility

This Challenge is open to individuals worldwide, excluding residents of any territory where prohibited by law or under U.S. export controls or sanctions. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins on October 7th, 2025, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on Octo ber 14th, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Challenge Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Challenge at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice. Entries must be submitted during the Challenge Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Challenge, participants must complete the following steps:

• On Instagram:
  • Share the Launch Reel – Repost the Sponsor’s official Challenge launch Reel to your public Instagram Story and tag @imagineartofficial.
  • Create a Video: Produce a video that is between 10 and 45 seconds in length using ImagineArt.
  • Post on Instagram: Upload the video to a public Instagram account as a “Reel”.
  • Tag: The video must tag @imagineartofficial and collaborate with @imagineart.creators
  • Entry Limits: Maximum of three (3) new Reels per Instagram account per calendar day.

• On X (formerly Twitter):
  • Retweet the Launch Post – Retweet the Sponsor’s official Challenge launch Post to your public X account.
  • Create a Video: Produce a video between 10 and 45 seconds using ImagineArt.
  • Post on X: Upload the video to a public X account.
  • Tag: The video must tag @ImagineArt_X
  • Entry Limits: Maximum of three (3) new video submissions per X account per calendar day.
  • Limits: Maximum of three (3) new Reels per Instagram account per calendar day.

5. Submission Requirements and Disqualification

All submissions must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any submission that:

• Does not follow the entry steps listed above.
• Includes third-party copyrighted content without a proper license.
• Contains offensive, political, NSFW, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Is deemed to be spam or manipulation (e.g., inflated metrics via bots).
• Submits materially identical videos repeatedly.
• Attempts to use multiple accounts or identities to gain unfair entry advantages.
